I started having problems with my 24 year old garage door opener. A friend recommended C&D so I gave them a call. Very glad I did. I called them onTuesday & they set up an appointment for Thursday. The office person said she would call me Wednesday & let me know the time frame for the appointment. She called on Wednesday as promised. The tech showed up on time diagnosed my problem & gave me a few options. I elected to replace the opener. He did it on the spot. Everything about their service was outstanding and the price was more than fair. Highly recommend.

C&D was great. Billy stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I had a custom order that took a while to come in. During the wait, my old door started to fall off the tracks and C&D sent a tech out to do a temporary repair on the old door so I could continue to use my garage while I waited for the new door – at no charge. Tim, who installed the door, was polite and hardworking. I love my door and I especially love the care and service I got from C&D. Their prices were good – I had gotten two other estimates. One was lower, but the person then disappeared and never returned my calls. I highly recommend C&D.

When one of our extension springs broke on a 32 year old overhead shed door several other companies told us that they didn’t have springs that old and we would have to convert to another type system or they only worked on garage doors and not shed doors. C&D had the right size springs for a very reasonable price and didn’t mind coming out to Three Points to install them. Dennis was very friendly, energetic and moved our stuff in the shed that was in the way of his work area all by himself. He installed the springs and a couple of rollers and lubricated the whole system in less than an hour. Now after many years my wife can raise the door with one hand. Thanks C&D for a job well done!

With C&D Garage Doors, I could not have received better service or price for my garage motor and remotes to be replaced! They came out within a day of calling, with a price quote given over the phone, that stayed the same to the end of installation of a new (extremely quiet) garage motor. This was not an emergency situation and the day/ time was convenient for me. I am so happy with C&D Garage Doors!
After using the commonly TV advertised garage door company in my area, (they are listed way down the alphabet) and receiving poor service with outrageous prices, I asked several friends for referrals to a decent garage door company. I found out that the TV advertised company send their service reps out to quote prices and wheel and deal with you, because they work on commission. What a ripoff! Please check multiple companies for quotes and don’t work with the service monkeys that come to your home to quote high prices and steal your money!

I had a very pleasant experience with C & D.  I live on the westside of Tucson and a spring on my door had broken.  I called them in the morning and was told to expect service between 3 and 5 that afternoon.  The workers showed up a half hour early which was great. They replaced the springs for exactly as quoted.  They also did a tuneup on the entire door for free.  Tim was very helpful with my questions and has experience in doing this type of work for 25 years.  This is a family business near my home at I 10 and Ruthrauff.  I searched for a local business and found a good one.
